A Thanks and Dedication to my Mom!
Please meet my Mom, aka Janet, slash my Guinea Pig, slash my personal Food Tester, slash cooking assistant, and slash my kitchen trainer! I would like to thank her for taste testing all of my Clean Food Concoctions that I may come up with. She’s an amazing cook, so she knows what’s up! I never was a big cook until Eating Clean so she’s taught me the ropes when preparing my Clean recipes.
In her spare time she babysits my dog, Peanut, who is also my taste tester whenever I drop any items of food on the floor, she’s right there to lick it up. Peanut’s nickname is Hoover because she is like my own personal vacuum cleaner in the kitchen. Janet is also a professional judge, along with my Dad, for American Idol every week in the comfort of their own living room. Seriously, American Idol needs to hire those two! She likes to do lunch with her friends, play Texas Holdem, and play Bunko. She also likes watching the food network, especially Paula Dean (Right Ya’ll?) and In the Kitchen with Dave. Did I tell you she loves jewelry?
